Our role encompassed an in-depth review of historical property development records, meticulous analysis of design, construction, and maintenance specifications pertinent to the case, as well as an on-site assessment of hazards and site conditions. Drawing upon our findings, we authored a comprehensive summary letter outlining our expert conclusions and opinions.
